Welcome to the "Navigating Autism: A Roadmap For Caregivers” course (“Course”). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your purchase of and participation in the Course provided by Oasis Personalized Medicine and Coaching, PLLC dba Teleduhealth.com ("we," "us," "our").

Please read these Terms carefully before purchasing. By purchasing and accessing this Course, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with these Terms, you may not purchase or use the Course.

  1. Scope of Services

We agree to provide you with access to the services outlined in the specific program you purchased ("Program"). This may include:

  • Access to the online course titled Navigating Autism: A Roadmap for Caregivers, including all modules, videos, and downloadable materials.
  • Access to thirty-minute (30) one-on-one coaching sessions conducted via video conference.
  • Access to our private online community for the duration of the program.

The goal of the Program is to provide education, support, and guidance for caregivers of autistic children.

  • Educational Purposes Only: The content provided in this Course is for informational and educational purposes only. It is not intended to be a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment from a qualified healthcare provider.
  • No Doctor-Patient Relationship: Your enrollment in this Course does not establish a doctor-patient relationship between you and Dr. Larry Caesar.
  1. Intellectual Property Rights

All content included in this Course, including but not limited to videos, text, graphics, worksheets, logos, and course materials (collectively, "Content"), is our exclusive property and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

  • License for Personal Use: Upon purchase, we grant you one (1) limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Course Content for your personal, non-commercial use only.
  • Prohibited Actions: This license strictly prohibits you from:
    • Sharing your login credentials with any other person.
    • Reproducing, distributing, modifying, or creating derivative works from the Content.
    • Publicly performing or displaying any of the Content.
    • Selling, renting, leasing, or sublicensing the Course or its Content.
    • Using the Course for any commercial purpose.

Violation of these intellectual property terms will result in immediate termination of your access to the Course without a refund and may subject you to legal action.

  1. Payment and Enrollment

Full payment is required at the time of purchase to enroll in the Course. All payments are processed through our third-party payment processor. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information.

  1. Refund Policy

We are committed to providing a high-quality, impactful course. We also want to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase.

We offer a 14-day, conditional money-back guarantee. To be eligible for a refund, you must:

  1. Request the refund in writing via email to [email protected] within 14 calendar days of your original purchase date.
  2. Submit proof that you have completed the initial modules of the course (e.g., completed worksheets or a brief summary of what you learned and why it was not a good fit). This demonstrates that you have given the course a genuine effort.
  3. Not have downloaded more than one (1) of the accompanying PDF, worksheets or video files. 

We will not issue refunds for requests made after 14 days from the date of purchase. No refunds will be granted for simply changing your mind or for a failure to go through the course material. If a refund is issued, your access to the Course and all related materials and communities will be immediately revoked. 

  1. Community and User Conduct

If the Course includes access to a community forum (e.g., a Facebook group or private forum), you agree to use the community for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe on the rights of, or restrict the use and enjoyment of, the community by other members. Harassment, abuse, or spam will result in immediate removal from the community and the Course without a refund.

  1. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Course is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the results you will achieve from using the information in this Course. You agree that we will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Course. Your success depends on your own effort, motivation, and follow-through.

  1. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

  1. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Course after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
